Before founding DPJ Law, he was responsible for implementing and leading, the Government Relations practice of one of the biggest media and entertainment law firms in Brazil. He is present in several international legal rankings, such as Chambers Global Guide, The Best Lawyers and The Legal 500. He is a Member of the Ethics Committee of the Brazilian Association of Institutional and Governmental Relations (ABRIG).
He holds a Bachelor of Law degree from Estácio de Sá University and has a specialization in State Law from the University of the State of Rio de Janeiro (UERJ).

Also worked in the third sector as an Advocacy Coordinator, where he gained experience in international negotiations, mainly at the UN climate conferences.
He holds a Master of Laws (LLM) degree from Georgetown University and an MBA in Government Relations from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV).
